1. These terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SALTY online store and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any payment already taken.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days and deliver within 4–7 business days in total. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & cancellations

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery — see our Returns & Refunds policy for how this works.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
