30-day returns

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at enquiries@saltyearth.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason; the 30-day window above is offered voluntarily in addition to that right.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
