Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. All times are in business days; processing starts on payment receipt, transit starts when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

2. Shipping cost: Shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom.
3. Processing time: We prepare your order for dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment.
4. Delivery time: After dispatch, delivery takes 3–5 business days. Total time (processing and delivery) is 4–7 business days.
5. Carrier: Your order ships as an insured standard parcel with a reliable parcel service.
6. Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
7. Order cut-off: Orders placed on business days (Mon–Sat) before 14:00 (UK time) are usually processed the same working day.
8. Availability: All listed items are available to order unless marked otherwise. Unavailable items are labelled accordingly.
9. Transport damage: Please document any visible transport damage at delivery and contact us at enquiries@saltyearth.uk. We'll arrange replacement, repair or a refund.
